Soya nuggets are easily available in packed containers and in bulk bins.
While buying soya nuggets, carefully check the use by dates and the storage quality of the shop.

Always buy the fresh nutri nuggets, as they are healthy and full of vitamins.

As my chef prepared a yummy soya nuggets masala or mock chicken masala.

Ingredients:
                200gms Soya nuggets
                4 Onions
                2 Tomato

                2 tsp Garam masala
                1 tsp Salt

Ãllium cepa chutney

The word "chutney" is derived from the Hindi word chatṭnī, meaning to lick.

It is written differently in several North Indian and South Indian languages (Gujarati: ચટણી, Bengali: চাটনী, Marathi: चटणी, Punjabi: ਚਟਣੀ, Tamil: சட்டினி chaṭṭiṉi, காரத் துவையல் karathuvaiyal,Kannada: ಚಟ್ನಿ, Hindi: चटनी, Urdu: چٹنی‎, Sindhi: چٽڻي, Malayalam: ചട്ടിണി, chattin̩i, ചമ്മന്തി, Telugu: పచ్చడి).

A spicy chutney is a good side dish for all kind of south indian dishes.

A quick spicy onion chutney from chef's recipe.

Ingredients:
                2 Onions
                2 tsp Kashmiri chili powder

Käse-Sandwich

As a quick breakfast, my chef prepared a veg patty sandwich in normal way but toasted in pan.

I think the way we toast changes the taste, so it's look the pan is good which won't make the bread that crispy.

This sandwich uses normal bread you can try with the burger bun as well.

And I prefer for the hot sauce than green chilli........

Never expect, never assume, never ask, and never demand. Just let it be. Because if it's meant to be, it will be...... smile emoticon

The Persian word nān 'bread'

I believe we all had naan especially if you go to any good north indian restaurant.

I like naan more than tandoor roti because it's really soft and puffy
And I never thought about preparing this naan in home, because as we know we need some kind of tunnel shape of vessel to prepare this kind of breads.

But last day my secret chef surprised me giving a good lunch with a home made naan and paneer butter masala.

Ingredients:
                4 Cups Maida
                1 Cup Warm Milk
                1/2 Cup Yogurt
                1 tsp Sugar
                2 tsp Yeast
                1 tsp Salt
                1 tsp Oil

I hope everyone knows this, but to make the dough soft make sure you are using warm milk and keep for 3-4 hours.

And the best part is how he baked it to bring like hotel made naan.
